Inflection Commercial Advisors was built on a simple observation: the advisors who have only ever worked inside large companies don't know what it takes to build from nothing. And the ones who've only ever worked at startups don't know what good looks like at scale. The companies that need help most are usually somewhere in between — and they need someone who has actually lived both.

Our experience crosses that divide deliberately. We've helped scale a pharmaceutical startup from high-growth phase through successful acquisition, driving $200M in revenue in two years. We've managed a $40M global diagnostics portfolio for a Fortune 500. We've launched first-in-class and innovative technologies across oncology, molecular diagnostics, genomics, and precision medicine — some of them never done before. We built a new commercial division inside a global corporation from scratch and grew it to $20M in two years.
